A few answers before you start

How much does Relayfy cost?

Free is C$0/month and Growth is C$150/month per location. Both include unlimited orders and 0% restaurant commission, with no setup fee. Payment processing, delivery charges, and applicable taxes are separate.

What do my customers pay on Free?

No service fee until your online orders pass C$200 in a month, including the order that crosses C$200. After that, customers pay C$0.99 per order for the rest of the month. This resets monthly. Your restaurant pays no platform fee; Growth removes the customer service fee too.

How do I get started?

Start Free, add your restaurant, and upload your menu from your phone or computer. Review your menu and preview your ordering page before sharing it with customers. Our team is here to help.

Can I keep using DoorDash or Uber Eats?

Yes. Keep your marketplace listings and use Relayfy for orders placed directly with your restaurant.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime, with no long-term contract. If you borrow a tablet on Growth, loan and return terms apply.
